NCSS – 6 years of development and contribution to pharmaceutical control infrastructure

The National Center for Standard Samples turned 6 years old. During this period, the company has become part of an important pharmaceutical industry infrastructure, providing manufacturers with reference materials for quality control of medicines.

Since its foundation, the NCSS has consistently implemented the tasks of developing the domestic database of reference materials and strengthening the pharmaceutical control system in the context of the import substitution policy implemented within the framework of the Pharma 2030 strategy.

Key achievements of the company

Over the years, the NCSS:

• significantly expanded the portfolio of reference materials;

• completed the construction of a new laboratory complex;

• implemented a quality management system and received a GMP license;

• launched the first domestic chromatographic column for HPLC;

• strengthened the expert support of the partners.

Each implemented area plays an important role in achieving a specific result – creating the basis for independent quality control and ensuring the safety of both domestic and imported medicines.

Today, NCSS continues to set ambitious goals and consistently achieve them, strengthening the position of domestic reference materials and developing the analytical infrastructure of the pharmaceutical industry.
