Has over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales. Built his professional career at BELECVAFARM ODO, the Republican Production Enterprise BELMEDPREPARATY, and DIAMED-Pharma LLC.

Joined the NCSS LLC team in September 2023, where he was responsible for market research, developing sales markets including EAEU countries, and building cooperation with suppliers of active pharmaceutical ingredients and impurities.

Has served as CEO of NCSS LLC since October 2024. Under his leadership, a new laboratory complex was opened, a quality management system was successfully implemented, production of chromatographic columns under the Calibra Chrom brand was launched, and a modern R&D center was established.

Takes an active part in professional and industry activities and is a regular participant in international pharmaceutical forums, specialized exhibitions, and business events dedicated to the development of the pharmaceutical industry, drug quality assurance, and the expansion of international cooperation.

Graduated with honors from Lipetsk State Technical University (LSTU) with a degree in Fundamental and Applied Chemistry.

Began her career as a production chemist, gaining hands-on laboratory experience.

More than 8 years in laboratory equipment commerce and sales — from instruments and reagents to end-to-end laboratory outfitting. A deep understanding of laboratory processes enables her to build effective communication between production, science, and business.

Since 2024, she has led the commercial operations of NCSS LLC: reference material sales and promotion of laboratory services for the pharmaceutical industry.

Regularly participates in key industry events — trade shows and forums focused on import substitution, drug registration, and pharmaceutical quality standardization.
