1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used when visiting ncso.rf (the Site) and supplements the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored by the browser on the user's device. Cookies and similar technologies (including browser localStorage) enable the Site to function, remember user preferences and, with consent, collect visit statistics.

Information obtained through cookies and web analytics (including IP address, browser type, device data, date and time of visit, pages viewed and on-site actions) may in certain cases constitute personal data within the meaning of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data.

The Operator processes such data in accordance with 152-FZ, this policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Marketing and advertising cookies (including social network pixels and foreign ad systems) are not used on the Site.

2. CATEGORIES OF TECHNOLOGIES USED

2.1. Strictly necessary (technical)

Purpose: ensuring Site operation and user-requested features.

Legal basis: necessity to provide the service at the user's request and/or to maintain Site operability (see the Personal Data Processing Policy for details).

These technologies do not require separate consent because quote submission, account sign-in and recording the user's analytics choice would otherwise be impossible.

  • PHP session cookies — quote cart and account sign-in (until the browser is closed or the session expires).
  • localStorage (ncso_privacy_consent key) — stores Accept or Reject choice in the cookie notice (until Site data is cleared in the browser).

2.2. Analytics

Purpose: collecting statistical information on visits and Site usage to improve it.

Legal basis: user consent expressed by clicking Accept in the cookie notice.

Analytics scripts load only after Accept is chosen. If Reject is chosen, Yandex Metrica is not activated on the Site.

  • Yandex Metrica (counter No. 102718836, operator — Yandex LLC, Russian Federation): IP address, cookies, browser and device parameters, page views, clicks and navigation; when enabled — session recordings (Webvisor), click maps, accurate bounce rate.

3. PROCESSING PURPOSES

  • ensuring correct operation of the Site, quote form and personal account;
  • maintaining and improving Site structure and content;
  • analysing traffic and user behaviour when consent is given;
  • ensuring information and technical security of the Site.

4. DATA LOCALISATION AND TRANSFER

The Site is hosted on servers physically located in the Russian Federation (hosting provider: nic.ru).

Personal data entered by users in quote and account registration forms is stored and processed on servers in the Russian Federation. See the Personal Data Processing Policy for details.

When Yandex Metrica is used, data is processed by a Russian operator (Yandex LLC) in accordance with the service terms and contractual relations between the Operator and the processor (where applicable).

Cross-border transfer of Site users' personal data is not carried out except as expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. MANAGING COOKIES AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT

On first visit, the user sees a notice with Accept (allow analytics cookies and Yandex Metrica) or Reject (use the Site without analytics cookies).

The user may withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing Site cookies and data in the browser (including localStorage), or by restricting cookies in browser settings.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent quote submission or account sign-in.

To withdraw consent for personal data processing obtained through Site forms, or to exercise other data subject rights, contact the Operator at info@ncso.su with the subject line "Personal data / cookies".

6. RETENTION PERIODS

  • session cookies — for the duration of the session;
  • localStorage with cookie choice — until the user clears Site data in the browser;
  • web analytics data — as set by Yandex Metrica settings and the agreement with Yandex LLC;
  • records of user consent on quote submission and registration — as specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy (including to evidence that consent was obtained).

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Material changes may require renewed consent via the cookie notice.
