NCSS Extends Shelf Life of Five Reference Standards
13.11.2025In October 2025, the National Center of Standard Samples (NCSS) successfully passed its first scheduled surveillance audit, reaffirming the compliance of its Quality Management System (QMS) with the international ISO 9001 standard.
Auditors from an international certification body conducted a comprehensive review of the QMS and confirmed its full conformity. They specifically highlighted the stability and effectiveness of the implemented processes.
This achievement is the result of extensive work undertaken by NCSS in 2024 to integrate modern quality management principles across all of the organization's business processes. This initiative aimed to systematically enhance management efficiency and transparency, which in turn increased customer and partner satisfaction. Following the implementation of the new system, NCSS was awarded an international certificate of compliance, officially validating the high standard of the company's internal procedures.
A certified, internationally-recognized QMS provides customers and partners with a strong guarantee that NCSS consistently delivers services and products meeting the highest quality requirements. The modern QMS has significantly increased the company's customer focus, ensuring all processes are built around client needs and expectations. Furthermore, the systematic approach to quality management has helped mitigate risks by minimizing errors and ensuring their prompt correction.
The ISO 9001 certification also provides NCSS with a significant competitive advantage. This internationally recognized mark of quality builds trust in the company and opens up new market opportunities.
The Quality Management System is not a static set of rules; it functions as a dynamic framework that serves as a foundation for the organization's continuous improvement and growth.
