Purpose

Control of the accuracy of measurement results and certification of measurement procedures for the mass fraction of the main substance in zoledronic acid monohydrate active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), pharmaceutical preparations, and materials containing zoledronic acid monohydrate.

The reference material can be used for:

• Establishing and monitoring the stability of the calibration function of measuring instruments, provided the metrological characteristics of the reference material meet the requirements of the measurement procedure;
• Calibrating measuring instruments, provided the metrological characteristics of the reference material meet the requirements of the calibration procedure. Sectors of the economy and fields of activity where the reference material is intended for use: healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, scientific research.
