NCSS has received a license for pharmaceutical activity

A new stage of development – new opportunities for manufacturers of medicines.

The National Center for Standard Samples has received a license to carry out pharmaceutical activities, according to which the company has the right to carry out wholesale trade, storage and transportation of medicines for medical use.

One of the new directions of development of the NCSS's activities will be the comprehensive provision of active pharmaceutical substances (APIs) and necessary production materials to drug manufacturers. By developing its own logistics infrastructure, the company strives to create a reliable and convenient supply chain for industry enterprises.

"Obtaining a license for a new type of activity was the result of the consistent development of internal processes, professional competencies and the quality management system of the NCSO. It confirms the company's compliance with the established licensing requirements and reflects the organization's systematic work to maintain high quality standards," notes Andrey Arkadyevich Berman, CEO of NCSO.

A specialized logistics hub is being formed on the basis of the NCSS, designed to combine the supply, proper storage and transportation of active pharmaceutical substances and other materials necessary for manufacturers of finished medicines within a single contour.

The development of this area will allow us to offer customers and partners an integrated approach to the supply of pharmaceutical industries, increase the availability of in-demand components and promote the formation of sustainable logistics chains. An additional advantage will be the possibility of integrating the services of the NCSS testing laboratory: at the request of the customer, samples of active pharmaceutical substances, excipients, packaging materials and other products can be tested before delivery of large batches – within the scope of the laboratory's competence and in accordance with an agreed testing program. This approach will allow customers to obtain the necessary data for a preliminary assessment of materials before making a decision on the purchase of significant volumes.
