The 5th International Scientific Conference "Reference Materials in Measurements and Technologies" in Yekaterinburg, September 13-16, 2022

NCSS participated in the 5th International Scientific Conference "Reference Materials in Measurements and Technologies". The event was held during the anniversary year marking 180 years since the establishment of the D.I. Mendeleev All-Russian Research Institute of Metrology and coincided with the 80th anniversary of the Ural Research Institute of Metrology. The conference covered all fields where reference materials play a significant role.

The presentations addressed a wide range of theoretical and practical aspects regarding the development, production, distribution, and application of reference materials in pharmaceutical, food, oil and gas, metallurgical, and other industries.

The conference brought together over 200 metrology experts from Russia, CIS countries, and beyond. The "Reference Materials in Measurements and Technologies" conference serves as one of the leading platforms for professional exchange among metrology specialists. As per tradition, the scientific forum was supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Rosstandart, and the Academy of Standardization, Metrology, and Certification.

A collection of conference abstracts will be published following the event. The NCSS presented two reports based on the results of its scientific research activities.
